Ryan is a northern treasure. He came alive during a spell of community activism where he helped provide over 7500 meals to members of his community free of charge!

This game changer also helped create the garden he is photographed in as a volunteer.  Using this space he courageously chose to learn how to manage his anxiety and build a new life for himself.

Now after overcoming all his deepest fears he works in the public service sector, front of house in a busy and popular city hotel.
