Adult Learning

Over the years I have done a wide variety of training, gained qulaifications and explored many skills. I have expanded my knowlede in all areas of mind, body and spirit. Some skills I have studied and practiced to a basic level some to a more advanced and professional level. 

Along the way I have taken some formal training, workshops, certifications and generally invested as much as possible in experiential learning. I have been blessed to have worked with some inspring and gifted teachers along my path.
