First Moves

Week 2

Its been a pretty good start.

This week I have had site visits to confirm the caravan will be able to be sited with ease.

The water has been uncovered (thank you to whichever imp did that!) and I have began researching options for rain water collection. I am currently begining the deign and considering the benefits vs the cost.
A rainwater system could take a week or two to prepare so this needs to be considered at the very beginning to save any unecessary work later.

I have began clearing the site. I decided to use hand tools because I prefer a more natural and peaceful nature to the project, it feels more connected to the Earth and is better excersise.

I have set my intentions with the land and the site seems to be on board with the plans once the loud and abrasive power tools were removed from the equasion so ongoing this will always be considered. This site is one of peace and harmony and power tools are only to be used when absolutley necessary.

I will be setting up the legal and financial frameworks as soon as possible. The project materials, equipment, the structures and landworks will be covered and will remain owned by the project/community.

I also want to be clear the caravan and it's contents will remain my private property on loan to be shared as I see fit and ownership of this property will remain with me at all times. Any changes to this arrangement will be announced in writing.
