My personal healing jouney & how I got here!

My life has been an unfolding of experience. Responding to the events that I have been subjected to. following a path of exploration. Finding myself through art, creation & design.
This blog explores a little more about how I formed my business Snowdrops Sunsets, what it means & why I do what I do.

I am here, I am fully present and feeling alive.

But the truth is I haven't always  felt this way. It is safe to say I have had a turbulent life! I have lived through some really difficult periods of trauma and overcome serious health challenges as a result.

My struggle was often hidden behind my work and friendly chatter. Since I was young I have used my self-belief and determination to manifest big goals for myself. I have always done what I wanted, I have always followed my creative path and explored all life offered me but I lived a life that was spilt.

When it all became too much for me I had to choose to heal and I began following a holistic natural healing path, I began to explore energy work. As my spiritual perspective expanded I found myself connecting with nature and wanting to learn about life. I wanted to have real experiences, make real connections to others and my own life, the problem wasn't what I did the problem was always how I felt and what I thought.

It was a difficult challenge to overcome! I had learned how to repress myself, ignore and deny parts of myself. I had learned how to ignore my emotions and push them away, assuming they would just disappear. I had learned to constantly justify myself to myself in case anyone ever asked me to prove myself.

It was constant and I hadn't realised how much living in anxiety, fear and rebellion was costing my health, wealth and my well-being. I lived in what I now understand to be deep shame. I thought because I made choices to do better, be better or live better that I would be, better.

The reality of my healing was very different. I had to learn to embrace my pain and face the emotions from my past trauma I had not dealt with.

I have always had an understanding of energy in my life but I had not fully embraced it. I began to combine all aspects of my life, my creative work, my spiritual insight and my personal healing journey to find who I really was. My life was not all positive, I was not perfect and the hidden negativity had to be expressed in order to release it's control over me. I began to create art that expresses and embraces all aspects of life.

It was part of a very personal journey into my own life and this deep work has helped me to bring myself together, to find my balance and live my reality that allows me to enjoy today. Free of guilt, shame, unresolved pain or unexpressed emotions and with nothing to prove, to anyone.

Now I have grown. I understand the skills of holistic healing and can fully master my energy work, real energy work from the imagined to manifesting the material. I know the benefits and methods of authentic expression and the necessity for life to feel connected to itself and to all things.

I share these skills for a connected life by bringing together my personal journey with my creative work.

I use my skills in Life Design (consciously creating) & Shadow work (awareness of our unconscious) to support real evolution that anyone can access & benefit from. These methods can be used to support real change & I use them in all my creative processes.

I host spaces, consult, host a radio show and podcast, I create art & design clothes. Offer myself to the collective to be of service and I follow my inspriations and passions to create and express my authentic truth.
