Surviving Trauma Town

I think it is the time of the story, time we spoke up and started to speak out. This is my story...

Can an entire population of people suffer a mass trauma?

Is it possible to survive and thrive in your experience when everyone around you seems to think abusing each other is not only acceptable but totally normal?

Is it possible for an entire collective group to actively want to be controlled, neglected and abused?

A personal, emotional, spiritual or factual exploration & analysis of my experinces surviving Trauma, Abuse and Neglect.

A Wholistic Understanding of Trauma

A view that may be considered controversial that to me is just plain sense; There is only ever one cause of any illness, disease or ill health condition wether that be mentally or physically and that is trauma.
A wholistic understanding and intergration of trauma is the only issue we need to solve in society to create a population of well and healthy individuals.

Trauma is an uninvited, shocking event that causes a crisis point in our lives. Anything at all that happens to use, that goes against our own wisdom and will will cause us trauma. It's purpose is to take us out of unawareness and force us to evolve and actualise ourselves as individuals to fully express in the world. The effects of the trauma can be dependant upon the details of it but in essence this is all that exists. Well people and traumatised people.

There are many causes to the trauma we each face through our lives and many ways to heal the trauma that has an effect on us but what ever the effect within us always this is the cause. In order to fully heal we need to be able to understand trauma and the impact it has on us in body, mid and spirit. Even when attributed to our DNA and birth defects all come down to trauma signals passed through us genetically and mutations are created to adapt to an environment rooted in trauma living. If we as individuals can learn how to heal from our trauma we can as a collective all thrive together.

Some trauma is more easily accepted by us and can be integrated more easily. Serious trauma however, a trauma that we feel has been maliciously done to us or forced upon us can cause catastrophic effects in an individual and spin our lives into chaos, or a trauma cycle as I call it, Because of this repeated trauma some illness, disease and integration is easier to heal from than others and is less complex to work through.
Consider a broken leg. Our body did not want to break the leg, even if we did it ourselves by intentionally causing the break the issue is the trauma of the break on the body. To heal the body we remove the possibility of any further trauma to the part by placing a cast and giving the bone and leg time to rest and heal and allow the traumatised area to recuperate. Depending upon how the leg was broken it may then take some rehabilitation to get over the fear response we now have due to the trauma and that is a perfectly acceptable response we are expecting when dealing with this sort of injury It is obvious, it is apparent how it needs to be healed and we are prepared to put in the time to heal because we understand the cause and the effect or benefit of the healing.

It is much more complex when we start to consider long term trauma or mental trauma cause by abuse and neglect and especially when it is covert or continuous over a period of time. The trauma and how it heals however is the same. Our body holds a physical memory of any trauma, how it felt for us and will defend that from happening again, both mentally and physically. In order to heal from trauma we need to release the physical trauma from our body, create a strategy to avoid repeated mental trauma through our minds and we need to integrate the event and give it meaning as part of our life story to heal the spirit. Deep and or continued trauma will make a mark on us spiritually and be carried into our DNA if we not heal from it, causing ancestral trauma patterns.

Healing from trauma takes an integration process of Awareness, Acceptance, Understanding and Integration.

The process of healing has long been known and is represented in the symbol of Caduceus, used to depict medicine practice.

This representation also shows to me the importance of natural healing, often depicted using angel wings and snakes, the root of all healing lies in our nature and with God.

Trauma effects our emotions (energy motions) and has an energetic charge that takes over and controls our lives.

This energy will drag us into a trauma cycle in order to complete the healing process. Being unaware of this energy stops us from being able to heal.

We generally exisit within a baseline until a trauma forces us to evolve and pulls us down to make us aware of the "bad" aspects of life.

Once we have evolved through this process we are able to exist within a Blessing Cycle.

General balance is found within a baseline and through a controlled trauma/Bessing pattern.

Serious trauma will cause our soul to split in order to try and understand the event while we are healing from it. The healing process involves being aware of this spilt and using it to fully understand our experiences.

When our soul splits is tries to understand if we are "Good" or "Bad" and forces us to become aware of the various "parts" of ourselves. It goes into chaoes trying to make sense of it all.

Healing through this process leaves us with fully intergrated, accepted and understood parts of ourselves.

Healing trauma is a process that requires our conscious attention. It takes patience, understanding and commitment to fully heal and it is possible. Trauma is a forced evolution and once we heal from it we are able to fully actualise and express ourselves in the world. Trauma happens for us to grow and evolve, it is required to fully experience the joys of life.

I want to cover this topic in much more detail as I unpack the trauma town theory and how to thrive post trauma but for now I wanted to express key information that can help anyone very quickly. I have done an introduction video to explain trauma as I understand it, with visuals to try and help explain the effects and healing process required to overcome trauma in our lives.
