I use my skills in Life Design (consciously creating) & Shadow work (awareness of our unconcious) to support real evolution that anyone can access & benefit from. These methods can be used to support real change & I use them in all my creative processes.

I have always had an understanding of energy in my life and after a career in the media industry became unfulfilling, my journey into Permaculture design helped me to see the importance and benefit of combing all aspects of myself and my life into my work. 

I use my creativity,  design skills, my life experience, my innate ability, spiritual insight and my artistry through my work. 

I have developed unique and effective Life Design tools which I use alongside my professional training to consciously create, write or consult.

Life and energy is a formualtion of both the seen and unseen exchanges of life. I use my knowldge of both the practical and the etheric to master the creation and development process.

I create spaces for authentic connection and expression using life affirming systems.

This includes projects, businesses & hosting space.

I understand the advantage of a holistic approach to life. Seeing systems as energy forms that coperate or resist each other and create the world we live amongst.

I know the benefits and methods of authentic expression and the necessity for life to feel connected to itself and to all things including realties that are not preferred, challenges that still require consideration.

• I have a focus on the beauty and a celebration of artsitry as part of the creation process in all conceptions and applications I am connected with.

My process of learning has been practical where I have folowed training and gained certification through various fields to be able to better understand what is required to create space in the way I do.

My wisdom also comes through the trial and error process of a challenging life and the overcoming of my own challenges.
